To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2 or more years of administrative experience and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for a positive and versatile person that can handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you will need to apply the following skills/experience:
- 2 or more years of Reception experience in a Medical, Psychology or Psychiatry Office.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with EHR or computerized booking / billing systems
- Highly organized and efficient
- Advanced typing speed
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Adaptability and quick to learn new terminology related to our practice
- Outstanding client service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Billing reconciliation
